From 1 July 2026, updated NDIS pricing arrangements will come into effect. These changes may affect the pricing of some supports, service agreements, and future budget planning. QLSS will adopt the follow to implementation of the new prices.
Active NDIS Plan & Service Agreement with QLSS:
If you already have an active NDIS Plan and a current Service Agreement in place, QLSS will continue to charge the rates that applied when your plan was approved and your Service Agreement was signed. In general, providers should not apply the new pricing to existing agreements until a new plan is in effect.
QLSS will apply the updated pricing accordingly:
- For new participants who commence services after 1 July 2026, as their NDIS plans are expected to have been budgeted using the new pricing.
- For existing participants once they receive a new NDIS Plan that begins after the updated pricing takes effect. At that point, QLSS will update their pricing in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
If you are unsure how these changes affect your individual circumstances, please do not hesitate to speak with QLSS () or your Support Coordinator before agreeing to any changes to your Service Agreement.
Stay Informed
QLSS encourages participants, families, and representatives to review any communications from their providers regarding the upcoming pricing changes. Understanding how these updates may affect your supports and funding will help you plan ahead and avoid unexpected changes.
