Quality Living and Support Services (QLSS) provides Supported Independent Living (SIL) services to people with disability across Ingham and surrounding areas.
Supported Independent Living helps you live as independently as possible in your own home while receiving the support you need with everyday tasks. Support can include assistance with personal care, meal preparation, household routines, medication reminders, and overnight supervision when required.
SIL is designed for people with higher support needs who require regular assistance throughout the day, seven days a week. Every support plan is tailored to your individual goals, preferences, and lifestyle, helping you build skills, confidence, and greater independence over time.
Whether you live with other NDIS participants or in your own home, our experienced support team is committed to providing safe, respectful, and person-centred support that empowers you to live life your way.
If you’re looking for Supported Independent Living in Ingham, QLSS is here to help you find the right home and living solution to meet your needs and achieve your goals.

Personal care supports relate to assistance with daily personal activities including assistance with, or supervision of, personal tasks of daily life in your own or your families home.
For example:
Personal care supports may be required across a variety of settings. For example, a participant living alone in their own home, living with family or other people, when undertaking social, recreational, education or employment activities or during holidays away from home.
Assistance with hygiene, grooming, and other personal care tasks.
Help with cooking or planning nutritious meals.
Support with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
Regular check-ins or oversight to ensure safety and well-being.
Transport to doctors appointments or for grocery shopping and essentials
Training or guidance to develop skills that enhance independence, such as budgeting, shopping, and using public transportation.
...without QLSS being the quality organisation, driving the transition forward and advocating for the client in times of crisis – I don’t think that we would be where we are today and the client certainly wouldn’t have made the level of progress they have.
