As a Registered NDIS Provider, we support people with disability across Queensland through Supported Independent Living (SIL), Support Coordination, Community Access Support, and In-Home Supports. Our focus is simple: helping people achieve their goals while receiving the right support in the right environment.

Supported Independent Living is at the heart of what we do.
We provide high-quality SIL services for people with a wide range of support needs, including participants requiring complex supports, psychosocial disability support, and those transitioning from hospitals, institutional settings, or unstable living arrangements.
Our support workers are available around the clock to assist with daily living activities while encouraging participants to build confidence, develop practical skills, and increase their independence over time.
With SIL homes and services available across regional and metropolitan Queensland, we help participants find living arrangements that suit their goals, support needs, and lifestyle preferences.
QLSS has extensive experience supporting people with complex and evolving needs.
Our team works alongside participants experiencing psychosocial disability, mental health challenges, trauma-related support needs, and those from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. We recognise that successful support extends beyond meeting immediate needs and focuses on building stability, confidence, community connection, and long-term independence.
Our Support Coordination team works alongside you to help you understand your NDIS plan, connect with the right supports, and build the confidence to manage your services over time. Their role isn’t to make decisions for you – they’re there to empower you to make informed choices and get the best possible outcomes from your plan.
