As our name says, we provide Quality Shared Independent Living (SIL) (formerly known as Supported Accommodation)
to people with a Disability who receive funding from the NDIS.
Quality Living and Support Services is an NDIS Registered Provider whose specialist area is in Supported Independent Living, in any of our well-appointed homes in Townsville, Brisbane or Cairns or in your own home, provided by our trained Support Workers.
Our Trained Support Workers are on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing quality supports until 10pm at night where they commence an inactive period, not actively providing supports. They provide support if a situation arises during this time and commence supports again at 6am.
We put you first, in providing Quality Care and Supports. We are open and transparent and welcome family and stakeholders visit their family or participants in our services. We value and pride ourselves on active communication.
Like the sleep-over model our Trained Support Workers are on site 24 hours a day 7 days a week, awake at all times to provide support to participants with very high needs.
We specialise in providing Supported Independent Living to participants in the NDIS in our homes or their own home, as well as Independent Living Options to participants in their own home, who don’t require 24/7 care.
We also provide Social and Community Participant (Community Access). We are especially experienced in transitioning participants who have been long term in a hospital or similar setting, mental health and participants with specific cultural needs.
In-Home Support is another support service we provide. Personal care supports relate to assistance with daily personal activities including assistance with, or supervision of, personal tasks of daily life in your own or your families home.
