Support Coordination

What is Support Coordination?

Navigating the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) can sometimes feel overwhelming. Between understanding your funding, finding suitable providers, managing appointments, and working towards your goals, it’s easy to wonder where to start.

That’s where a Support Coordinator comes in.

A Support Coordinator works alongside you to help you understand your NDIS plan, connect with the right supports, and build the confidence to manage your services over time. Their role isn’t to make decisions for you – they’re there to empower you to make informed choices and get the best possible outcomes from your plan.

Whether you’re new to the NDIS or have been a participant for several years, Support Coordination can make navigating your journey much easier.
