Integrated SIL + CAS Model
QLSS’s Integrated SIL + CAS model provides flexible, real-time support that reflects everyday life. By combining in-home and community supports, participants enjoy choice, independence, and spontaneous engagement, achieving strong outcomes for people with psychosocial disabilities, trauma histories, and CALD backgrounds.
Accredited Support Coordination
Accredited for Levels 1–3 Support Coordination, QLSS assists participants to navigate the NDIS, coordinate supports and achieve meaningful goals. The team provides guidance, crisis response, and inter-agency collaboration enhancing plan utilisation, satisfaction, and long-term stability.
Cultural Safety & Inclusion
QLSS delivers culturally safe and inclusive services informed by each participant’s language, faith, and identity. Partnerships with CALD organisations and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities ensure supports promote healing, empowerment, and connection.
Human Rights-Based Transitions
Recognised by Queensland Health and the Office of the Public Guardian, QLSS leads human rights-based transitions from restrictive or institutional settings to community living supporting recovery, stability, and quality of life.

With service hubs in Townsville, Mount Isa, and Cairns, QLSS delivers wraparound supports across regional Queensland through telehealth, mobile coordination, and community-led planning.
